Record Management

Bug fixes
- Confidential records required access type view or edit for each user, could not select multiple team members at once. Also this was needed for restricted not confidential. Name once selected was not removed while adding other members hence allowing selection of same member multiple times.
- Record details at each record level may be replaced by at the folder level so applies to all records underneath. This will save so much unnecessary data entry work. Option to create an access restriction at any level like we do at folder or file level but key records are done at the higher level.
- In a folder unable to load multiple files. If we apply the controls at folder level then all files could be selected and uploaded.
- When right clicked on a folder under TQMSM01 unable to create sub folder or file like we can do for TQMSP02 and folders under it.
- Folder Level fields are not applicable at each level. Some at main folder, others at subfolder, some not needed for some records.
- Multiple files can be uploaded but files need to be selected one by one and not all files in one go.
